How do I know exact size or Paper Choice?

See the descriptions for each design. We list paper choice, and size of each piece. We would love to have you in studio to look through samples, paper choices, etc. If you would like a paper sample mailed to you, email us!

I want to change the colors or graphics of my design, Is that possible? 

If there’s something you like but want to make changes so you LOVE it,  that is no problem.  If you want to change colors that is no problem and No charge, However any design changes regarding fonts, layout or graphics are subject to $100.00 per hour custom design time, with a minimum of 2 hours. A minimum two hour customization fee will be charged, and hours will vary depending on the scope of the changes. Names, Dates, Colors, Locations are editable with no charge. Product Price includes two rounds of changes, any additional rounds will be subject to hourly rate of $65.00/hour.

How long does it take to get my stationery?

We state it takes 3-4 weeks, this is typical. Time is dependent on feedback and engagement from you the client. Within 24 hours of your order you will receive a questionnaire email from us that will give us all the information we need to complete your proofs.  You will receive your proofs approximately 48 hours from when you submit your questionnaire. Dependent on approval and changes that may need to be made will affect turn around time. Printing and Production usually takes 10-14 days from approval date. We will be in contact with you during the entire process and will keep you informed. (This is one of our strengths!)  

Is there anyway to get my stationery FAST?

Of course! Reference the above question, but we can get your stationery done as fast as printing allows! Contact us ASAP  if you don't have 4 weeks before your mailing date- Rush charges may apply depending on the scope of your needs!
